This mixed-use project is one of the largest inner-city projects in Russia, featuring a total surface area of 220,000m². Including an oceanarium, designed retail space, offices, theaters, a hotel and a science centre for children, the complex is designed to make the massive space feel close and friendly.A series of cuts and gaps which allow for lights, setbacks and patios break down the sheer size of the building, creating an urban feel that includes elements of Russian culture, art and architecture reminiscent of an Orthodox Basilica throughout.
