the radisson sas berlin ‘dom aquarée’ is a contemporary 4-star hotel which is supposed to attract business travellers in particular. the public area is characterized by a 16m high round aquarium. to relate radisson sas to berlin we worked with abstract photography of berlin nature. in the reception area a huge illuminated motif ‘water drops’ is the eye catcher of the lobby.

cameras which are integrated into the aquarium show the fish` life inside the aquarium to guests at the bar on large digital screens. the rooms continue the ‘nature/water’ concept in the head board where the motives are printed onto a washable foil. inside the suites there are also illuminated water motives. the loft character of the suites is supposed to enhance the unique view of the ‘museumsinsel’ and the berlin dome.
